where is it?

if you're watching emfatic_dragon, then - at the top of your page - any time he submits something, it'll give you a heads up as an "x messages" link that you can click on.

for example, mine reads:
3 messages (1s, 2j):
this means: one submission, two journals.
if you click on the "1s" [in my case] it'll take you to every submission someone's made since you last checked. you can find his story in the list of submissions there.

I am watching him but I didn't received it!

if you're /not/ watching him, then you can click on his icon in either the heading of this journal, or in one of the comments, be directed to his user page and find the story from the list of new submissions he's posted there.
