We will be in pavilion #3

We will be hosting our first annual Seffurs Park Spring BBQ

There will be hotdogs, hamburgers, soda/water and some small sides and snacks provided

I have also rented out the ever so awesome #3 pavilion, it's near the water and two grills for cooking and perfect for fursuiting around and saying hi to the passing boats, lol :3

Now as before with any event I always try to get everyone involve with helping, donating and setting up for the event

So here's the plan:

This event will also be kind of like a potluck, if you’re good at cooking, want chips, cookie, etc. feel free to bring it! ^_^ snacks and food to cook on the grill and drinks that you might want to bring are all fine and are super encouraged!

**please note the park has a strong “no glass container” and “no alcohol “ rule, so if you want to drink at the party please hide it in like a sports bottle/water bottle or something like that.**

Now to help cover for the cost for supplies/food/pavilion rental etc. I would like those who are able to and are joining the event to please donate whatever/any amount you can, there’s a paypal [ nekochristmas[at]comcast.net ] and have in the PayPal note what the money is for or just giving me the cash in person is fine at the party too. I love hosting the parties and as a group effort if we can keep up donations we can have more throughout the year. [Maybe a summer one too? :)]

On a side note:

I'm going to need a few furs for setting up and cleaning up afterwards [when the party is done, the park rangers inspect the grounds and pavilion to make sure everything is good, if not I have to pay the park a clean-up fee] they will have to show up an hour before the party at the lot #3 at the park [if you guys want we can all carpool from my house to make it a bit cheaper for the park fee]

So far for setting up and clean up I have the fallowing shown interest

[*setting up is stuff like putting the table cloth down, getting the grill ready, helping wire stuff up, party banners etc. and cleaning up is all of that….but backwards, lol]

*I will also be having Fizzy Fox Dj-ing the Music for the event with his awesome mixes!

*If someone would like to be the cook for the event email me or text me to let me know [my info will be posted below] if not, I will be cooking the yummy food

*I will be taking a group shoot/picture for the Seffurs main page and FA page before sunset

Park charges a one time a day fee to enter the park grounds:

$6.00 per vehicle. Limit 2-8 people per vehicle.

$4.00 Single-occupant vehicle or motorcycle.

$2.00 Pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass.

Because it's $6 per car load up to 8 people, might be a good idea to carpool if you guys happen to live near each other [also a good reason to meet local furies when driving there!]
