Heads up if I disappear for a few days

SO last night one of my animals decided it would be cute to chew on the power cord for my laptop. Thank goodness it wasn't plugged in.
HOWEVER, it's barely getting power to the brick at all and I have to finagle the wires to an almost impossible to keep connected position, so I'm ordering a replacement power cord asap, but I might be without a laptop in the mean time if I can't get this one to last a few more days. It sorta connects, but if I budge it any at all, it blips out of existence.
