fed the triops when i got home
alot of em had hatched and made it through their first two molts
it was pretty interesting cuz if you looked hard enough you could see the other two stages in there
first stage highly resembles Daphne and flits about,how they manage to not become victims of incestuous vore is pretty funny as they go into a ruckus the moment one of their much larger siblings get too close for comfort
second stage looks like normal shrimp for the most part
and tends to cruise by at a steady pace not all that interesting save for trying to find em

feeding them was cute. they'd find the food and go into a violent fit while biting it
was cuter when they found tinier chunks because you could see them maneuver the food to their mouth from their tail befor going berserk
(for those unaware they eat upside down)

got to see them get into quite a few fights, pretty much any time they came in contact
one in particular is marginally bigger than the others

also put a little water in the tank to moisten the eggs that stuck to the side,and the bigger ones kept trying to eat the bubbles on the surface
it was cute
and this is why i am a boring person^^
