SOPA trying to return?!
Two friends of mine posted journals so with permission decided to copy one of their journals and signal boost the news.
So apparently SOPA is back and rearing its ugly head, this time they are going for artistic content, basically anything to do with fan art, fan fiction, fan- anything is in jeopardy and will be taken down if it passes. This also apparently will affect games with such things as add-ons, community maps and ect. I find this not cool and the big problem is that theres not as much hype about this time for some reason. The petition that is there only has around 50,000 of the 100,000 needed which is mind blowing. I really am worried about this because there are only 4 days left to sign this thing.
heres a link explaining what is going on

Now i know some people are talking it down like its a big deal, and you don't have to yell at me that im an idiot for believing something like this, i just feel that maybe something should be done? like im not giving you and indian sunburn or whatever im just saying take a look, get back to me on what you find, and see what arises from this and if i need to start getting used to life with out my internet again, which i haven't done since i was, oh i don't know.... i was at least 10 and it was dial up internet back then so like i did things called, reading, and "playing outside" some ancient terms used that seems hazy and hard to remember. I do think i recall them as being fun.
But i still like my internet tho, if i didn't have it i wouldn't have made some cool friends.

Did anyone actually read that news article? It makes no mention of anything that that petition is talking about. This is all hoax driven by Internet paranoia. >.>
