Yes, it was a small one and even if one was at the center of it, it would nothing more than make things fall down that were not set up right.

4.7 means a fault slipped about 5 cm. You'd have to be almost on top of it to feel it.
There are dozens of such small earthquakes every day.

You for the most part are correct. But seeing that it happen at the start of morning, it could be felt for more than it would had if it was the let's say, the afternoon.

Yes, they can be something alright. Making things move or swing about. Making them shake and fall off from where they were. The stronger the tremors are the more damage can happen.

With that he ends his toast and all drink of their horns and again music, songs and dance break out as Meanbeard give you a one arm hug and starts to dance with you.*

Oh when they are small ones like that, its what I do. Feel he vibrations under my feet. It is cool when it is a rolling quake. Feels like standing on water, but the ones that just shake are nice, but are the ones that do the most damage when they hit hard. Good thing this one was a small one with little force behind it.

Oh there is always one going on here. Here I see one going on over there.* walks us over to it as one see many furs dress up in spring swim wear or very colorful outfits that leave little to the imagination, along with flower cover rolling items. Music being played but big bands and all kind of dancing taking place as the parade rolls by.*

Yes it is always fun to see a parade passing by. The sights the sounds and the scents are always worth standing around and watching them go by.

I've never been to a earthquake, hopefully never will be.

As the old saying goes my friend, "Never say never." One never know what the future holds and you might find yourself in a place one day that will have an earthquake for one reason or another. If it does happen let us hope it won't be a bad one.
