Hell yeah A should be givin a second chance. The person who is harassing him/her should stop or someone has to bound the living hell out of him/her.

With my limited knowledge as to what a 'tracer' is, i believe that person A should be given a second chance due to the fact that they have created a new account and started a new. Person B has the right to be angry however harrasment does not help and will just make them look like a jerk. person A has or needs to state they they are sorry and has started a new account to how this.

second chances are tricky. there's a sinario for them and sinario's where they don't need one.
but in this A should definatly be given a second chance. I mean I know where B is coming from but NO NO shame on B
B is more likly someone insecure about they're art and treat's them like they're life. so they're going over board cause this is they're pride.

But a tracer. is only a faze if you ask me. no one's ever a tracer forever. it's only a stage in learning to draw.
in fact I started as a tracer. then I looked into the struncture and how important it was. tracing is what taught me that the structure of the picture is the most important. so racing is a faze that I don't like doing much of. but for some folks it's really needed for them to move on. and become a great artist.

Also there is no second chance needed. for this reason. second chance is letting them go and do it again and seeing how it comes out this time. and if they do the wrong thing again. well that's on them no more chances.

but A wanted to start fresh. got rid of the old account all the friend's they had and all the fallowers and everyone that knew A as that. but now it's gone cause A made a mistake and now A just want's to correct them selves. Second chance's are the learning curve for everyone. that's how you progress in everything. fail and change what you did wrong. now you have moved forward with a second chance. see second chances are how you redeem your self. how you learn from you mistakes and put them to the test. now if they do the exact same thing again. now that's a new story all together. but if you ask me. second chance's are for anyone that has made a mistake.

So B lay off. okay you got your point accross that they did the wong thing and now they're trying to fix it. So now that you have corrected them. don't smeer it into they're face. help them. in this case offer some place's to help them draw batter and some reference's of poses so they can work on making they're own.
don't focus on the they were wrong and you were right. focus on okay I'm going to help this person cause I believe they are better then this.

I openly admit I did trace feral to get a better understanding of shape I hand draw the rest studying the apportions lines ect which has made me a better artist I don't trace none of my art is traced maybe traced of my own traditional art or pictures of myself for better understanding of body shape ect. But it's my art my photography ect that I've recently been using which I haven't for a long time know I also have a model friend who let's me study her pics hence I have permission to use ..but I haven't traced for ever I did have a friend for a while who ruined my old account so I had to start over no longer her friend and I constantly go through my gallery and scraps just in case

If person A is trying to start fresh then they should be given a second chance, and person B should back off unless they catch person A tracing again.



After reading the comments I think I know who person A and B are. If person A is tracing their own photographs of real animals then there is nothing wrong with that at all. If A is tracing photographs of animals that are not their own pictures then A should give credit and only post them with permission.

Also since that photo is not public property, it is copyrighted by the owner of said image. It's like taking a picture of a custom tattoo and trying to get someone else to tattoo it on you. It's not your image to use and unless you have full proof of permission you're not allowed to use said image.
Neither of you got permission from the original creator of the photograph, so even then it's still covered and not allowed under FA's AUP.
