Update: ok, it appears that asking people to create a journal that advertises your raffle isn't permitted on FA anymore, so I've changed the rules. Sorry about that! I don't like changing the rules in the process, but it can't be helped now.

I gonna do another art raffle. Now I have more watchers, that means more participants and more fun! ^^

Rules:
1) If you would like to participate in the raffle, comment on this journal. I will reply to your comment with a number. When this raffle ends, I will choose randomly one number using http://www.random.org/ and this person will get a free art from me.
2) This raffle ends 28.03.2014
3) You may (don't have to) tell your friends about this raffle via notes/ICQ/Skype/Twitter etc.
4) The whole point of this raffle for me is to get more watchers. So if I get more, the prize will be bigger.

Prize:
0-4 new watchers - full body pencil sketch of your OC
5-9 new watchers - digital lineart (1 pixel wide)
10-19 new watchers - dynamic lineart and flat colors
20-29 new watchers - simple shaded picture
30-39 new watchers - full shaded picture, no background
40+ new watchers - full shaded picture with background
