I went back to my home town waiting for my firefighter training application to show up, so I can fill it out and go on a little adventure, but it never came

I asked my dad who he sent to retrieve my application, he said it was my former step mom, I immediately facepalmed, he said that she just happened to be there and told my dad that she would deliver it to me, so he had no reason to get it.

It never showed up and she just happened to visit her son who always wanted to be a firefighter, now I have to wait till april for second chance to apply for firefighter training, I'm not mad just a little disappointed :(
