What do you mean "I did use someone's work as my last post"? Like you posted a request/commission on your page? that's pretty normal.
Please help me understand since I can't just go look at it, you said you took it down. :C

If you do know the artist you could ask them if you can use it, or something, they might be flattered too.
In any case it seems you've learned your lesson, and you're not liable to repeat that mistake anytime soon.
So just please DON'T leave. We've only just become friends!
