Thank you so much for this! My tablet always wants me to use on-screen keyboard and it also sometimes randomly pops up... I am always frustrated when this happens, but never thought of actually using it xD That's my brain - always forgetting easy (and sometimes obvious) fixes xD

maybe you can unscrew the laptop and change the enter and the backspace key

I use my tablet (the one for drawing) on my computer... And it's a weird keyboard (it's really hard to get it out - I don't know if it even goes out whole... I also have no idea where the problem lies - if it is a bad connection between those 2 keys and computer or what... And the computer is very old, it's slow, it has some vertical colored lines over the screen etc xD I'm afraid I would make things worse and I wouldn't have anything to work on - I'd rather leave it be until I get a new one xD

Yeah, it's not really a good sign... The lines are slowly multiplying - first there was one, then 2, now it's 4 xD But their number is raising very slowly and they don't bother me that much - I'm more afraid that it's a sign of a bigger problem and that it would die on me before I get a new one xD I'm quite far from reaching a goal - I'm saving what I get on my Paypal for this. I'm only half way there (and I'm not aiming for an expensive one - I'll buy one of the cheapest ones, but from a quality brand, I don't care if it's big and fast and pretty - I just want one that'll last :) ). And I sometimes have to almost empty my Paypal to buy dog food, so it'll get me a while to get there xD

i had bought one last year on amazon with linux for 200€. i think this is entirely sufficient for you

I thought about buying it it on amazon/ebay, but I'm afraid because you can never be 100% sure what you'll get... It can arrive in a bad condition, it can stop working shortly after arrival and there is nothing you can do except paying for repair even though they might not be able to fix it... I meant to buy it in an online store from our country which has 2 years of warranty on most laptops. One I bought about 2 years ago (to basically replace the one I use now) stopped working after less than a year, so I'm really looking for one I can count on :( I was stupid and had money back then, now it's the opposite xD

I have an PC, 2 Tablets (no paitboard :.( ),Laptop and netbook -not the newest but they work for writing and internet, since I dont need it anymore I can send you the netbook for an commission or so (not that special as the one your working on ;) ) and porto costs (I dont know how much that is from germany to solvenia) The netbook is that one: http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00.....UTF8&psc=1 it has an 2 GB ram and works solid as I think its 3 years old so its of coursae not the the latest stuff but maybee its good enough for you? :) As I sayed I dont need it and only have it cause I dont find an good reason to give it away ;)

Hi! Sorry I haven't responded yet... I'm really grateful for the offer I'm still thinking about it - it's not really that I would be picky (I can't be in a situation like this), but I'm a bit afraid because art programs are quite a bit to handle for a computer... Especially Photoshop, which is a lot even for my laptop... I'm not sure if drawing would be possible on netbook... But I'll still keep this option in mind, especially if I get into bigger trouble and my laptop dies before I can afford a new one...
