After I apologised for biting her snout Sephara showed me around the cave. I knew I couldn't stay, even if she offered I wouldn't stay. I had to move on. I was a lone wolf now and that's how it had to be. She seemed nice and I constantly thanked her for the hospitality and told her that I will have to leave soon. ""Hey, are you listening?" Asked Sephara. I blinked and realised that I was staring out in space. "Yea sorry, I was just thinking about some stuff." she just nodded and continued talking. "Hey, thanks again for all of the hospitality and all but I can't stay in your home for long." I said, still looking to my feet. "Home?" she said. "Yea, this IS your home correct?" I asked confused. "No, no ,no you've got it all wrong. Werdragon and I are a moving pack, we never liked staying in one place." "Oh..." I said "You can join the pack if you ask Werdragon first." I didn't know wether to join there pack or not. On one hand, I'm a lone wolf but on the other hand, if I join the pack, I'll have family, friends. "I'll join, if I could." I said. Suddenly, Werdragon walked in dropping a fresh deer carcus on the floor. "So, your awake." he said witha smile. "Yea, it took him long enough." said Sephara with a warm smile. "Hey Weredragon I want to join the pack." I said. Wredragon smirked at me. "Are you sure you've got what it takes?" he asked. "Uh.. maybe?" I studdered. "There's alot more to it than you think." he said. "I'll do whatever it takes." I said with a determened look. He looked impressed at my confidence. "Allright kid, your first task: Take those boulders and tie them on your shoulders. Your going to race me up the mountain and your going to keep racing me untill you beat me." Sephara gave Werdragon a look of unbelief. "Oh come one Wer, he's just a pup give him a break." she said. Werdragon just glanced at her with a eyebrow raised and said "Would you rather him be stomped to death by a stampede of deer while hunting?" Sephara let out a huff and crossed her arms. Fine, have it your way." I gulped as Werdragon tied the boulders on my shoulders. That where bigger than me even! How was I supposed to beat him when I could barly move? Well, whatever it takes I'll do it, I want this family. God knows when I'de get another chance to get another family and I didn't want to fuck this up.
