Fish out of water?

This is one of the few wolves who will growl or hiss, depending on the person i am looking at.
Okay so due to some recent events one individual has just missed the entire point of something.
They hung out with us one time and decided they were too different to fit in with us
they had a different religious background and different personality so they assumed that they wouldn't be accepted since they were too different
but in all honesty we are a ragtag group of social outcasts who work so well together because of that
we are very accepting of others because we know what it is like to be different
but people only see that we are different and are discouraged to join us because they are not like us
which is odd because the main thing we have in common is that we are different
