This is pretty funny actually, ad I do think I am not the only furry who has gone through this. but... *drums drums* My mother just opened my furaffinity page... When I heard that she saw something with a "lion" I knew what she was talking about. My poor heart was bumping fastly xD I first thought she saw an image I made some months ago, but when I came to the computer, I saw a big image of my furaffinity page. I thought I was dead... but luckily my mother did not ask much about it, she only asked what "game"it was, so that felt better.
I must thank God I have my art filter on xD otherwise that "lion" would have been a different story O.o
But still, this incident was scary, and I knew it would happen one day... I just knew it. Now I have to be more careful. You can never know what to expect from my mother....

People are coming in and they're like.... (for example) "WTF man do U sleep with a dinosaur?!" (speaking of godzilla) xD Aand... I'm... like... "LoooL Hell yeah and it's good for you! What kind of quiestion is that? xD..."

In lumea reala suntem ciudati, dar iti spun o cheatie. Lumea reala e o iluzie, ca toate celelalte.
Mi-ar placea sa ma apuc sa sculptez. In ultima perioada nu m-am putut gandi la altceva...Dar e mai lunga povestea...
Ai skype? Putem sa tinem legatura daca vrei. Nu stau prea mult pe net...
Cat despre celelalte; Intr-adevar nu mi-e rusine sa fiu ce sunt, si daca altii ma considera ciudat sau zoofil... Creada ce-or vrea, pe mine nu ma intereseaza. Dar daca familia intra in contact cu viata mea mai 'privata' , atunci calea mea spre succes va fi bruiata, daca ma intelegi.
But well, this was very scary. But the tolerance amongst us made me happy with who I am, but I tend to forget that the real world is a cold place for furries, where no one wants or likes 'an animal fucker' people should search for a life >:(

Happened to me too... she said she saw sth with a lion, then I saw myself explaining everything... This was a good life lesson for me.

En jah, Ik kan je angst best begrijpen, op school zijn ze achter mijn furry side gekomen (hoe, weet ik niet maar ik denk dat 't mijn DA pagina was =w=) was heel moeilijk voor mij om aan mijn ouders te vertellen dat ik zulke dingen 'leuk vind'. =w=;
Nu heb ik zoiets van: boeien wat iedereen denkt, 't is mijn leven. =P
Over mijn familie, dat gaat niet zo gemakkelijk. Mijn familie is namelijk religieus, en ook streng. Ik ben zelf ook religieus, maar ik heb mijn eigen manier van geloven. Maar als ze te weten komen over mijn 'liefde' voor 'dieren' dan gaan ze misschien bijnamen verzinnen. Ik spoor mijn moeder aan om meer tolerant te worden, maar dat werkt niet echt. Plus ze is HEEL koppig, en als er iets gebeurt, gaat ze als een gek doen; en ik word degene die excuses moet aanbieden terwijl het niet eens mijn schuld is.
De tolerantie binnen de fandom is zo hoog, dat ik vaak vergeet dat in het echte wereld niet zo is. Je wordt dan gelijk buitengesloten, en geïsoleerd van je sociale leven :o
Maar ja, een beetje mentaliteit moet verandert worden.
