Very rarely. I only seem to remember my dreams went I'm able to sleep next to someone else and get into that deep-sleep.

You actually have numerous dreams while you sleep. You just can't remember them. If you want you can keep a dream journal to record whatever you can remember, and after a couple of nights you'll start remembering most of what you dreamed about. After some more time you can lucid dream if you wanted to :P
