I wanted to work with him in the early days of House music in Chicago.. He helped it get it into regular rotation on the local radio stations WBMX102.7FM pre 1990 WGCI 107.5 FM.

Just wish more folks like this were known/celebrated. Feels like so many folks are disappearing down the memory hole.

I heard the news a few days ago and could believe what I was hearing. there needs to be more awareness of those who created genres of music and not just those who are popular for making music in that genre. RIP

I'm thinking WVAZ (102.7)might do some kind of tribute to him I'm hoping today.. on there Back in the day program... that's the only time I can hear the classic house music from that era for about 6 or 7 hours.

The legend himself. I owe it to myself to look into more of his music.
