Looking for a New Job?

I have found this site to be invaluable to my own search for a job.
http://www.themuse.com/advice
It's basically free career advice, from structuring your resume, interviewing to even, dealing with issues on the job; be you an entry level whatever to a higher-level manager. It's not a hand-holding service: they won't do it for you and you're not going to find resumes to copy from. Rather the site gives hints and examples that might make the difference you need to land the job you want.
Just thought maybe someone else might find this site as useful as I have.
