ღ~ ☾їηηїε sαys ~ღ My laptop keeps shutting off at random and it won't read the drivers for my tablet so I've been uploading all of my files into drop box when I can and now I'm saving for a new computer or at least repairs. I don't know the first thing about computers so I wouldnt know where to start to find the problem. I'm on my phone right now just in case. It's been going on for about a week and a half now but I didn't want to say anything in case I figured it out but it's looking pretty bad at this point. I plan to keep you updated so that no one is kept in the dark ;-;
And to make things worse my dog is sick too. He can't keep any food down right now. He threw up his supper last night and I thought it might have been because he ate too fast like my family's dog would do from time to time. It was really sad because he looked so ashamed and walked away from it with his tail between his legs. He's a rescue so I can only imagine his last owners would scold or punish him for it! We made sure not to praise him but we certainly didn't yell or get mad. If you have to throw up then throw up. Anyway I gave him a small bit of food a few hours later to give his tummy time to settle and he seemed fine for the rest of the night. This morning however there were three more piles of vomit around his kennel and bed and he was curled up in a tiny ball at the back of his kennel. When I called him he carefully and gingerly stepped around it all looking really ashamed with his head, ears and tail down. We taught him not to eat food off the floor unless we say it's okay but he was definitely not asking or looking even slightly tempted by it. I'm going to wait a bit and give him a very small handful of food and if he can't keep that down. I think I'll have to take him to the vet to see if it's something stuck in his stomach or binding his intestines, like a toy or string. I'm so worried about him, I don't have the money for surgery for him. I'll keep you all updated on his well being too. Thank you for being patient with me ;-;

has the computer been running hot?
i also suggest buying a laptop cooler they are around $15 and will help in keeping the laptop off any surface and blocking the fans from breathing.
as for driver issues you need to make sure you are running the windows update. Not having that up to date can throw drivers around like crazy.
if you don't know where windows update is just click the start menu and in the search box type in windows update and run it. be sure to let the computer restart if it needs to.
also be sure that all your system drivers are up to date by going here that is the HP update software utility. It will scan your computer to make sure you have the latest drivers for all your critical components. (ie. processor, chipset, bios) be sure if it askes you if you want to flash your bios you say yes and keep your computer plugged in. Many times companies will release updates that help the performance of the PC.
after you update uninstall your tablet drivers and re install them that should help :)
Thank you so much for your help <3
I gave him two small handfuls of his food with a little bit of peptobismol and water mixed up this evening. So far he has kept that down okay so hopefully he's on the mend! I had to wash all of his things because he threw up on his blankets, kennel bed and his big bed. Poor dude :c
He is a year and a half old amstaff <3
(and ggggosh i love amstaffs omg precious babies ;v; )
i'm by no means an expert or anything, but this almost reminds me of when my baby had giardia as a puppy, which he initially caught from one of his littermates we're assuming. it's most common in younger dogs so that's why i asked your guy's age! my guy wasn't able to keep any food down, he was having lots of accidents, his stomach was just a mess. our vet told us to feed him teeny bits of cooked white rice and hamburg instead of dog food, which did help. and it has helped every time since when he's had a sick tummy. so maybe consider trying that? but yeah i'd definitely get him to the vet if he's not better tomorrow. poor baby, i do hope he'll be alright! :<
I plan on getting a puppy when we get a place with a yard so it's good to know to look out for that!
What kind of dog do you have? :D
i've got a five year old yugoslavian rottweiler, which i didn't know was actually a thing until we got him! xD they're just a slightly slimmer variation from the german ones which are more classic.
