Oh my gosh wow! Honestly, this is the only way I could think of to make a fitting reply to the OVERWHELMING response I got to my birthday journal! You guys just blew my mind! I've seriously been floored by it! It was SO sweet of all of you who took the time to say something! I'm INCREDIBLY lucky to have all of you watching me and it really makes me feel better about the work I do to see so many people excited for me, for more than just another picture going up, haha. :D

Ahh, so how DID that birthday go anyway? Well as I touched upon last time, it went pretty freakin' well! Which is admittedly strange for my birthdays, because usually they, uh... do not go so well! But this was pretty fine! Amazingly fine! Great even! Beer and cake was had, yes yes, and my friends that I was intending to take out to lunch for coming up to see me- instead surprised me by buying lunch! :O I was shocked and flustered and just... yeah!

On the presents side of things, I feel very blessed!

My wife got me (early, even, so I could register it and get FREE POKEMANS) a Yoshi 3DSXL (I got to pick and tho I'd been after black, I saw Yoshi there at target and I LOVE green, and it was SO cute so I got it!), ANIMAL CROSSING (hey guess where I've been... *cough*), and generally helped lay out all these party shenanigans. Also, giving me the gift early let me get that Pokemon X annnnd we had great timing cause if you bought a Yoshi 3DS that week at Target, ya got a $30 gift card! Yaaaay! \o/

My most wonderful friend and favoritest bunny sent me the game Banished! I've been wanting it and if you enjoy city builders? It is the BEST!

My friends who visited got me a 32GB SD card for my 3DS and a Nintendo eShop gift card so I could buy another game! Plus my friend and I did our usual beer tradings so I wound up with new beers I haven't even had yet. ouo I wound up getting Super Mario 3D Land with that card~<3

And then we played Cards Against Humanity, which I just love!

It was pretty rocking and WOW I feel like I haven't slowed down in days and days because of everything. Hell, tomorrow I'm driving out 45 minutes to a few towns over to look at houses for much of the day! Maybe Thursday I'll get to take a breath!
