So when I try to upload a picture onto the submit thing the same photo as my last submission appears when I want the new one to appear do you his know how to fix this?

cancel the submission, resize the way i told you, then submit. If it appears sideways and you already resized it, just reload and it'll no longer become sideways.

I did that its all good what happens is that it's how's the picture I choose and it says next and then the same picture from the last submission shows and it won't upload the new one its kinda hard to explain
