Seattle fur spring break main character

I need some advice. What should the main character be? (The character players play as.) I was thinking just keeping him as a generic unknown guy so anyone could identify with him.
But what do you guys think? Should he be a human or is that too much like Morenatsu? (Although other than gay furry guys, it's nothing like Morenatsu.)
Should he be a common speciese of anthro? Or would that alienate too many people?
It's not like we'll see his face or go into detail about him. It would just be good to have a base model to dive into the story with.

If I had to choose one species though, I'd say go for a generic wolf.
..but..if there's going to be sex scene it could be troublesome:/

but you have your own story to write with different character backgrounds and the whether the main character is a human or anthro kinda depends on how far you develop the character bio and how you feel about the character. I'd choose the anthro that makes you the happiest, your art will come out better that way

you could maybe just give "body types"
But body types don't make sense. You never actually see the character except for a hand or something

heh I always found a humanxanthro relationship to be so cute and sexy and amazing
Also I don't think making the player's species human will be "too Morenatsu"
Though I'm wondering if you want it all furry or if you want it to be human mixed with furry.
