what is the group about?

depends on what you mean exactly i suppose, but most likely the campaign will be in sort of a pirate setting from what im told. New shipping lanes are opening, bringing adventures on the high seas and higher exposure to foreign cultures (ie ninjas and samurai are playable classes).

The "standard races" dont exist, their roles are filled by various furry species, ie baddgers are essentially dwarves.

the gm did mention they have an alternate campaign if people prefer that centers on a down on their luck mercinary group (still furry themed), not sure if that would be more your style x3

ah gotcha, dont imagine youll find a lot of that in pathfinder since its geared more towards either low or high fantasy, though im sure some campaigns like that do exist :3
