Just make sure you keep the needles and the piercings you used clean. Also, when you get your nipples pierced, it depends. Honestly, small breasts are more sensitive than big breasts. I know from some recent past experience that women with big breasts usually get their nipples pierced to increase the sensitivity. I know I wouldn't get my nipples pierced because it would decrease my sensitivity, since I am between b/c breast size.

My friend that has them and loves them has WAY bigger boobs than me...I don't even know what size hers are, I'd say at LEAST DD, but prolly bigger. She said they hurt like all hell getting them, but only for a short bit, they mostly just ached while healing and took her forever to heal cuz she is topless at home all the time and hit/got them caught on stuff

My mate is a 44DD, her sensitivity went up, even though hers are already naturally sensitive.

that is a good theory but I have EE boobies and they're way more sensitive than my friend who only has D cups. @.@ she flicked me in the nipple and I was floored like a ton of bricks. so it might depend on the pain tolerence in that person.

I have heard this too but if I got them I would get the bars and I dont think they snag

I got mine done, and my mate got hers at the same time. Both of us love them, and would easily do it again if we had to. The pain is short-lived before adrenaline kicks in.

Ice packs are your friend for the first 1-2 weeks. They will help with soreness/tenderness. You will quickly realize how much your boobs move. The weirdest things will make your nipples hard for the first few weeks... like yawning. No clue why, but it happened to my mate and to a friend of ours.

If you can afford it (around $10 on Amazon), buy a bottle of emu oil. Emu oil is an amazing product to help with healing.

There is a really good local tattoo and piercing shop that I am going to go talkto about getting them done. A friend of mine works there as an apprentice piercer and has gotten a few of her piercings done there

My boyfriend has them and he said the initial piercing was kind of painful but nothing too bad, and that the healing was the worst part. Even if you have bars they can still catch pretty easily. Taking care of them is pretty important, you have to baby them like no other.

My sister also has them, claims they were the most painful piercing she has ever gotten, but she's not very good with pain. She also didnt take very good care of them at all, so they ended up getting infected.

I have had 11 different piercings in my life, and I have to say, it really depends on you and your pain tolerance. You also have to understand that you have to take care of them often for as long as you have them.

Yeah I feel like they will be very similar to my naval piercing but with a longer healing time and more sensitivity/pain to deal with
I am unsure on my pain tolerance for piercings as I have only done basic ear lobes and naval. My naval I remember hurting a bit, but honestly it was long enough ago that I dont remember. I just remember it being hard to bend over/sit down for like a week and it was still ender for like 2-3 weeks. Thank you for the feedback! Like I said above it seems to be one of those things that you just dont know what its going to be like till you do it cuz its so different for everyone. I would take very good and extra care of them. I plan in sea salt soaks and spray for quite a while. Also going to look into the emu oil and link above :3

I personally wouldn't recommend and kind of oil unless your piercings are fully healed and were to stretch them, But sea salt is great! I recommend H2oceans sea salt spray, and if you're going to do soaks, make sure its pure natural sea salt :)

YES YES H2Oceans was AMAZING for my naval piercing!!! It worked a billion times better then sea salt soaks and was INSANELY easier XD I will ABSOLUTELY be using that, I had already decided that hehe

Then again, everyone heals differently as well! Emu oil is very good for certain body mods, and it also effects people differently!

I would never, but thats speaking as a woman in the medical field. I've had to use a difibrilator on 6 different people. 3 of them had one or both nipples pierced. Agency policy ( downrange as a US Army combat medic and EMT-B for AMR in California) is to tear out nipple piercings. It takes too long to unscrew them, and the metal causes the AED or rig-mounted defib to arc, miss the heart, and totally singe the nips.

I mean, I love the look of them, but I would never get any.

Well thats terrifying o.O But I guess if I was in a situation where someone had to use a defibrillator on me,I prolly wouldn't mind that they had to rip it out X( I also prolly wouldn't feel them do it. And if I was going in for scheduled surgery or something like that where there is a chance they'd have to use it, I'd take them out. Thanks for the info!

OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD. *CRINGE*

Take this little bit of advice: I wanted to get them too, but my friend got them a month before me. She's a 38D, her body had trouble making scar tissue around the hole for the nipple. 6 months down the line, still wasn't healed, she just took those out. The pain was just too much. It hurt to just wear a bra.
His nipples also healed all badly with nasty scars. Granted, she kept up with cleaning them repetitively too.

Happens sometimes, but after seeing that happen to my friend, I decided against it.
Besides, I got my ears pierced when I was 13, and one of my ears STILL has trouble with foreign objects in it. Get's all irritated, sometimes the scar tissue closes up after a week or so, ect. Bodies are odd and everyone is different. I didn't want to experience doing that to my nipples, especially since I have tiny breasts, which is more sensitive than bigger boobs.

Ultimately, it is your choice, it is 50/50 on what will happen with the healing process, but 100% you will have malformed nipples, if you take them out, like a gauged tit.

I'm 38C I've heard they take a LONG time to heal, sometimes longer than 6 months.A friend of mine who has multiple piercings and tattoos said they were the most painful thing she ever had done and they took 2 years for hers to heal
I am a little wary of them hurting often for along time after getting them...but so far I've heard like half and half on how long and how much.
I have my belly button pierced and its done just fine. My ears only seem to throw a fit when I wear fake guages which I think is because the whole is covered on both ends and can't get air or something, otherwise I don't have problems

i'd gladly say a needle wouldint make it through my boobies, I am a EE cup and I can tell you this...if you got big boobies make sure you eat somethign HEAVY before you go for this, eating something will sometimes help [It did with getting a tattoo that's for sure]. my nipples are SUPER sensitive so it really depends on your pain tolerence.

If I get them im prolly going to eat a butt load of food and drink water like constantly all week XD Luckily my boobs arent THAT big at 38C haha My nipples are prolly average sensitivity. Thanks for the info and advice :3

Yep I got them on Thursday :3 wasn't that bad and they don't hurt much just a little discomfort from time to time. I'm spraying them quite often with H2Ocean and washing them gently every day. Also wearing a sports bra most days and to sleep to keepisode them from moving much :3 I like them a lot, they look good. Not sure I have an increase or decrease in sensitivity haha

Sports bra is definitely a good idea, and congrats! Your level of sensitivity will change while you are healing.

I know this much, I am suddenly very aware of my boobs/nips XD

oh and also haha my right one hurt more than my left one and they did the left first, though I think it was because my right one decided to be tender all week for no apparent reason XD

Lol that could be it. The second also tends to hurt more because you know what is coming and you already have adrenaline in your system.
