yesterday I woke up to see my laptop turned completely off. I didn't think much of it,So I turned it on and went through the boot up process as normal. When it was time to login to my profile thats when realized something wasn't right. The screen froze I thought maybe I typed in the wrong password and I waited for the screen to go back to the login then it happened, the blue screen of death. I didn't freakout since it happened once before. so I waited for it to shut down and restart so I could login again.I waited and the login screen popped up so enterd my password and it happened again,and again,and again.It happened today too but,today it let me in once and everything I had on there was gone pictures and videos of family the pictures I was working on for you guys everything it just showed the factory default screen I got scared and check the computers memory and it was still the same so I thought all my files are still there just not where I left them so I relaxed and decided to restore it from a last update thinking with this should fix it. At 87% complete a error box popped up stating that it could not finish and had to close I freaked and shutdown the computer without thinking.I turned on the computer thinking I could just do it again but now it wont even go that default screen now, everytime I login I get the blue screen.
