If you mean having multiple streams, then your gonna have to jury-rig your own thing using livestream. I neglect the name of the programs needed, but if your referring to this, I will ask around.
TinyChat also allows collaborative streaming.
The only two programs I know of are OpenCanvas and NyanChat.
Either is perfect. NyanChat is newer though.
I also believe there are some websites you can do it on.

It's kind of annoying. I'd love to find something else myself
unfortunately I don't know any other site or program that offers the same thing but easier to use.
There was a website I tried at one point but it didn't work very well at the time. Seems like web browsers are getting better at supporting pressure sensitivity though.
