I had a rant coming

Baron: "Ladies, I shall require your assistance."
Lady 1: "Of Course!"
Lady 2: "Anything!"
Lady 3: " Just tell us what to do!"
Baron: "Kindly, be so good, as to remove your knickers."

Then I thought about it. Dealing with gut-wrenching abdomen pain for 48+ hours is an experience I hope to never go through again. However, at the same token, I can say one definitive thing about it. For all the tax-payer funded "improvements" they've done to Baptist Hospital, their wait times still suck. Went in around 9:00 PM and was finally released around 5:00 AM and, throughout that whole time, I think I saw the doctor and nurses for all of 30 minutes if you totaled them all together. The majority of the time was just waiting. The first 5 hours in the waiting room/initial checkin area and the last 3 in a bed after finally being admitted.
I actually had written up a sizable complaint/rant on it, which, to a point, I guess I can be still entitiled to do since even after going through all that they were unable to figure out what the hell is/was wrong with me, but after reading what I had written, it just felt, I dunno, off.
Either way, I'm back home now. No idea as to what exactly was causing the issues, but they have narrowed it down to a few things (they think it's either GERD or an ulcer) and gave me a prescription for something that is essentially Prilosec. Semi-not looking forward to taking it (lotta dizziness reported from users from a cursory look around online) but if it'll help keep that pain from EVER coming back, I'd rather be dizzy.
Now on to the other half of why I'm still making a journal. Monitor issue, resolved, for the time, however I'm a tad concerned over how much the hospital bill may be. They ran quite a few tests (Blood, Urine, EKG, CT Scan, and a quite few more that I only have vague recolections of after they'd given me a shot of some pain numbing medication). I do have insurance, thanks to my mother, but, as far as either of us know and can tell, they are only going to cover around 60% of the bill. I've got a lil money put together that I'd been trying to get together for the monitor, but this will be superceding that, expecially since that problem has been solved for the most part. We'll know how much it'll come to soon, but we're anticipating having to shell out 800 to 900 which is money we do not have. We might be able to put it on credit, but that's not really an answer to the issue.
If you'd like to help, at least mention the issue and that I'm open for commissions. I've also got an iron artist open as well with sketches going for a buck.
Regardless, now that I am at least mostly functional and no-longer doubled over in pain and that certain bits have finally been cleaned up, I'll be starting to scan some of the newer stuff soon. Hope everythings going well with y'all.
