Man, still wish there were chatroom like areas to RP. Forums are terrifying, and skype calls for a lot of one on one RP which is terrifying.

I do too! I've never been on a forum and I don't think I ever want to lol. I do skype RP but it usually takes some talking and getting to know one another and them sharing characters. I like to brainstorm about characters and situations with them and doing a little art before dipping into RP there. I'm glad you enjoy them! I'd be so honored if you drew themmmmm. I might have to draw them too! With the twins, I havent gotten anything at all for them. Even less than with Mikahl in fact lol. Once I catch up to my trades and such I plan doing all sorts of art of all of them. >u<

I've been on a few, and they're okay, but you always meet the people who type NOVELs on them, and while I'm totally okay with that, sometimes/a lot of times typing up more than two paragraphs is just draining and stressful. Like if a post calls for just one sentence, cool, I'm all for that. Draining to spit out fifty paragraphs all the time tho 6A9!!
And totally agree on skype. I'm far too skittish to talk one on one at all times, self-conscious issues of what if I sound like a moron to this person 8'U
Do ALL the art though. In a reasonable manner that doesn't wear you out uvu

Yeah I usually keep my posts anywhere from 3 sentences to 7/8 tops. And yeah, I get the Skype thing. You just have to be careful who you add and stuff! I don't give my Skype out at all but on the off times that I do, I get to know the person a bit before considering it. It's ok to be nervous! But you don't sound like a moron and even if you get all derpy, I promise you I could beat you on the tard scale in two seconds FLAT. <3

Keeps everything peaceful that ways. Less need to meet quantity of your partner at least. idk how many times someone tells me, 'you don't have to type as much', I'll... still feel that NEED to do so.

I'm the same haha. Unless I'm TOTALLY comfortable with my fellow RPer, I'll try my best to keep them same length as the other persons. My longest posts are usually action posts or emotionally charged ones. Or opening scene ones.
AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED. Two of the things on my gravestone will be:

"My eyelashes feel funny..." -stares off into distance while gently stroking own eyelashes-
"What's thirty plus now?" -looking at calender trying to figure out what day it will be next month, thirty days from now-

Opening scenes are always the long ones for me. You need to set up the scene, explain it, then explain your character- and heaven help you if the opening scene is an ACTION scene lol.

Oh man, nothing comes to mind with all the stupid shit I say, though I'm pretty sure Raptor/Ryn have stories of all my stupid escapades. The thirty plus now sounds like a thing I'd say though. Too cute :')
