I tried to make a reservation, but the hotels web page borked on me with a javascript error. So I made it via the 800 number instead.

now it seems I have two rooms reserved. anyone want the extra? Otherwise Ill just cancel it.

Called and got my room this afternoon after the site told me the block was fully booked.

I got a reservation and confirmation # that I printed out but no email and I know I typed it in properly

Was it listed as an Acknowledgment number?

yes it is, and on the page i printed out with the Acknowledgement number and the receipt, my email is spelled correctly so perhaps Passkey has an error with the emails.

Never mind I got the email now, Passkey, the hotel website and the IHG Priority Club Rewards pages all list my reservation so I'm good, I have both an Acknowlegement number as well as a confirmation number.

I'm still waiting ont he email myself.

I never got mine (reserved straight up at noon). Called and the Passkey people said it would/could take 3-4 business days for a confirmation email to show up, so I called the hotel directly and got a confirmation number directly from the reservations desk.

Hey there! I'm still waiting on the email itself...and accidently reserved two rooms..figured they'd change it automatically seeing the same name on two rooms (or not..) Waited a couple weeks...should I just call the hotel?
