commission question :)

for those of you who commission artists here regularly, which of the following do you find most important?
1) cheap prices (maybe you don't care much for the artist's stye, but you appreciate they are cheap)
2) an artist who offers a wide variety of commissions (sequences, sketches, icons, etc, covering all price ranges)
3) quick turnaround times
4) someone who is easy to work with; helpful and friendly
5) special discounts on certain types of commissions, or an artist who rewards repeat customers
6) the artist draws in a style you like a lot (you're willing to pay a bit extra because you like their art)
if you could let me know in a comment, i'd appreciate it! if you like all of those things, put them in order from most important to least important!
also, i know i've asked this before, but i think i accidentally deleted the journal, so please answer again if you don't mind..:
what types of commissions are you most interested in buying? sequences (TF, weight gain, regression, other?), icons, regular sketches, ref sheets, discount commissions, adoptables, etc? if i've missed something, let me know!
thanks so much!

Cheap price stuff seems alright at first, but you can have a lot of problems with artists underpricing themselves and winding up overworked. D:
(I've had several cases where an artist's life has gotten crazy, and I've said 'Just take a few weeks, it's cool', because I've been there myself. Obviously in those, it matters that the artist is _reliable_, which is not the same thing as _fast_!)
1 4 and 6 ;D
2 as well!
I tend to like icons a lot, and maybe complete drawings (cell shaded most likely)!~

And I wouldn't buy adoptables, I just don't see the point in them. YCHs are almost as bad. Also auctions don't interest me, I don't like to compete with other clients and auctions lead to price inflation. Even if cheap prices is not so high on my list, the price has significance of course.
