Actually, since I put this rather brief list up, I've thought of more items. I'm giving it about a week, then I'll update this Journal.

And you know, there is a strange truth to what you said there. When I first get started drawing, I sort of dread it, I'm not sure why. But the more I draw, the more I get hooked on it, until I get downright crabby if something interrupts me when I'm just about to finish a picture. If I could just develop a permanent craving for drawing...! We'll see what happens... I'm hopeful.

The craving comes in waves and sometimes you just need to let yourself stop. At that point it either builds up again or you give yourself a push. It's at your discretion as long as you're mindful about it in general. It sounds so crass, but I think of the need for art sometimes in terms of orgasms. XD What I mean is that, you get one and it lasts for however long, then you gotta recharge so you can get into it again. Sometimes you're not in the mood for a while, but it'll hit you just fine when you need it. Just gotta oblige it. No matter what you feel good in the end.
