Its getting to be that time again. Unfortunately, unless this year's meet occurs on a thursday, I will not be able to attend. Anyway. If anyone has any ideas, I'm more than happy to help with the arrangements and set up. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'd suggest stuff but I'm not allowed to even help out or even attend, so that leaves 4 attendees :/ Only real place everyone is comfortable meeting it the forestry where we used to have the local meets.
