Ya know it's bad enough that the electric company keeps fucking me over with these ridiculously high electric bills now I have to pay them even more money to pay my fucking bill.

AEP automated as I enter the amount: "I'm sorry we cannot accept a payment for more than $500 in one transaction."

Ok fine I'll call to talk with a representative.

Me: I need to pay my bill but the automated bill pay says I can't pay more than $500 at a time so I need to make a payment through you.

Rep: That's correct Sir you'll have to make two payments for that amount.

Me: Aren't you getting enough money from me as it is so now you want me to pay even more just to pay you what I owe?!?!? (They charge $2 and change for each transaction)

Rep: Do you need to review your account Sir?

Me: Review it for what????

Rep: For your total amount due.

Me: No I already know how much I owe why do you think I'm calling to make a payment! (At this point I am getting pissed and I think he knew it)

Rep: Well then Sir you'll need to find an in person pay site.

Me: I'm going to that right now online thank you!

Rep:...... I hung up on him in midsentence so I don't know what the hell he was yammering about at this point.
