Yeah. I filled it out. Spent a lot of time thinking about it, pondering over world details, the universe at large. And realized something stupid.
Just mash together Babylon 5, Riddick, Firefly, a dram of Earthdawn for magic, and pour the results on a planet-sized Drainage City, and you've got it.
Terrible.
