I'm making a pic right now that I want to have an overlay over it, like this:

You know, where it looks like it's viewed through a camcorder viewfinder.
Anyone know of a way it could be done in Photoshop on a separate layer so it looks like a proper camcorder UI?
I can always paint it on if it's not possible to do it -exactly-. But I figured I'd ask first.~

I know how to type text.
The question really is how to get the lil cross dead center and other symbols that can't be found in the text tool.
Type camcorder viewfinder template into the search. You might be able to edit one of those to use as a layer.
