I just spent another bout installing Windows after I stupidly opened a suspicious EXE just so I can get a password to an RAR image collection and got a virus that changed all of my security settings and caused my anti-virus stuff to become "unfindable". It was all there, but wouldn't open. Must've been a registry edit somehow...

ANYWAY

After trying to finally get the full 3Tb usage for this installation (the last one had me frustrated enough to accept the partial size), I FINALLY realized that I have to force my BIOS to boot the disk drive that had UEFI in front of it! (ASUS with native UEFI BIOS). Previously, I tried an assortment of programs and extra install steps via Command Prompt with no luck.

I'm just glad Microsoft isn't having a hissy fit over how many times I'm using my license key in such a short span.
