Asking as someone who has lived in both Northern Virginia and Tampa, which to you enjoy more?

I have fond memories of both. I like how familiar everything is back home in NoVa and enjoy Tysons Mall, but my hometown is no a place for someone in their twenties. It's most a town for 40+ and their children. NoVa also has all the seasons. I miss the spring and fall colors here in Tampa and I miss snow. At least I don't have to worry about driving in snow here in Tampa, but then there are hurricanes. I like that there's so much to do around here, especially with so many amusement parks nearby. As much as I love NoVa, I'm giving Tampa a slight edge. At this moment in life, Tampa's a better fit for me.

How about you? Which do/did you prefer?

Tampa definitely. NoVA is nice because they're a bit of everything, but I don't like the idea of that. I much prefer the warmer weather and snow just drives me up a wall.

I hope to go to Rocky Mountain Fur Con when i'm in Denver this summer. I haven't been to one. You can find a good chunk of my favorite artist through the people I commission.
