Person on F-List using pictures of Midnight

╚════════════════════════════════════════════╝ I'm following the steps from F-List in order to take down some images that are being used by a user on F-List without my consent. Original Ticket#27963
The Account in question was created 2 years ago, the art stolen was posted on this account of mine at least 3 years ago here.

Jaffa_ferel never uploaded it to his account here, but the picture clearly states the character is Midnight, which is not the character the user on F-List is called. I also have a picture from him here http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6764156/ which is the same character and he names me as the gift owner in the description.
The user's Icon is also cropped from the Third Image.
If there is any additional information I can try to provide so these images are taken down from that profile I will attempt to find it but the images are from some years ago which I cannot guarantee I have any proof other then what I provided above. Considering the character is roughly the same in all 3 images, plus me having all 3 images in question posted on this account far earlier than when the account was created is hopefully proof enough.
