As if viacom isn't anal rentintive as is when it comes to clips of Spongebob Squarepants on YouTube they have decided that becasue "one fifth of the shows and tv channels watched by Americans are owned by Viacom" they should be paid MORE. And if they don't pay up well its Time Warner's fault that you'll be sad.
