i got a black fox tail today with a white tip at a Idian Market and thougt i should have a oc to match.

Must have a white tip on tail
will be hannah's sister

has a feather in hair or in tail
Design suggestion
maybe have white tribal like markings
blue or yellow or white eyes maybe?
white tipped ears?
can be a sparkle fox X3

I've got line art down anyways.
Removing the grey from the tail should be easy enough along with turning the toes white.
