Need help with pen tablet - stray lines

It's been making stray lines, as in I'm not making contact with my tablet but it's communicating and making lines, selecting stuff, clicking, just being annoying. It does this with all art programs and anything on my computer.
I've been pulling the nib out and putting it back in over and over, and trying new nibs. Rarely it will have like an hour of clarity before doing it again.
Anyone else ever have this problem or know any other tricks I can try to get it to stop?

You're going to have to open it up and push the chip/motherboard/whatever it is back into place or order a new pen.
Hopefully you can get it fixed! Having to buy a new tablet pen would suck. :c
