I said quietly! What part of quiet don't you understand?!

I've been reading Kinnikuman Nisie, aka Ultimate Muscle, but for some reason the few places that I've checked have a major chapter gap. It goes from 46-140. Can anyone tell me why there's nearly a hundred chapters missing, or a reliable place to read the missing chapters?

The manga was actually translated and published in America by VIZ.

By the way it's Nisei, not Nissie.

I'd had only glanced at it once or twice, but thanks for filling me in. But that doesn't fully explain why I can't find the nearly hundred missing chapters.
