V Tourny Semi Finals (Guests & Voters Plz Read)

Due to the unexpected tie in one of the matches I've decided to speed things up by a round and move straight to the semi finals. I did not intend to take a break this time around but because of what occurred I will be updating things like the field look, drawing this specific match will take time, and I have family over so my computer time will be a bit limited.
Message For Voters:
How this match will work is very simple. It's going to be Regular Vote Rules only this time you will decide between 5 characters instead of 2. The 2 characters with the most votes will move on to the final round. The other 3 will be eaten by a special guest pred I promised at the start I would include.
Message For Guests:
You can no longer vote for yourself, but you can vote for another. You can no longer advertise yourself for a match. My viewership has increased significantly since this started so these changes shouldn't cause any problems.

Just to be clear, please explain the voter/guest thing to me. I'm having a little trouble of understanding it : a voter is one who has been involved in the voting process the entire series and was initially selected to be a part of the tournament, and a guest is just one who has been watching and perhaps voting since the tourney began (like a new watcher of yours)?
