Transparent background problems?

Uhhhh, I can't upload my latest picture without the background becoming black here on FA.... Why is that happening? Can I fix it? Did I do something wrong? I don't get it...
-_- FA is notorious for not fixing coding problems, like, ever, so I doubt it will get fixed anytime soon :(
