So with the new year now here did anyone make any resolutions?
I normally don't because I think it's silly. I mean, why do I need to wait until the new year to make adjustments to my life. I'm quite capable of doing that at any time.
With that being said... I am going to start doing push ups and crunches again. The year before last I decided to do push ups and crunches for a whole year in an attempt to get a little better form. I'm not over weight, I only weigh 165 lbs, but I'd like to be a little more cut. Not much... just a bit. I made it June and was able to do 50 push ups and 50 crunches, and was getting nice shape on my stomach. But we moved and I put it all aside, so now I'm going to try again. I started last night and was able to do 20 of each. Not bad and I think a good start again. I'll let you know my progress but I'm not posting before and after pics.
So, did you make a resolution of some kind for the new year?

FA+

It is some kinda record or summat...
It'll kick your butt.
Why? Because I can never keep a New Year's resolution, so I might as well make one worth breaking!
