Ask my characters anything

General
I've been hesitating to do this because it sounds a little conceited, but at the same time, it's a good occasion to get a little character development in.
So yeah, ask away. Try to stick to questions you're actually curious about, and not stuff like "Does Cobbie like cake??!!? omfg".
For reference, I've put some links here to each character, in case you need it. I certainly do. I have too many. x.x
WATCH OUT, MOST OF THESE ARE NSFW
The 8 versions of Stripes

FA+

Normal: It's more in the attitude than the actual physique for me. I've had an embarassingly large array of different partners. I mostly like a relaxed guy with a sense of humor.
Jock: I like to tease other jocks, but I really prefer guys smaller than I. I kinda get this big push out of seducing guys I "out-man".
Stud: Kind of like Normal. I like a no-nonsense guy who won't stir up drama. If you're a sexy hunk or a saucy twink, you go up the list, yeah, but it's mostly in the attitude.
Will you have a match with me??
But...the poker match sounds like fun to
And yes I did, but I'm not allowed to talk about it.
Or Cooper, in an alternate storyline. ;)
Qorr: Pretty much, yeah. One day, the colonel was like "Sargeant Fraterly, I have a special assignment for you", and a few minutes later, we were introduced.
I know you've got hooves but have you ever wanted to have someone clean them for you and have someone to rest them on?
I love you.
1. Would you prefer to live in the city or the countryside?
2. Would you rather be with a guy who's king, or loves to cuddle in bed? Or a balance of both?
As for the second question, well, I don't think I'd like to be with an actual king! I mean, he'd always be busy, plus I'd constantly just be "the king's boyfriend", I can't do that! *laughs* So I guess I'll go with good with cuddles! Though if he's rich, that's a plus.
Malcolm: It's not like it's about knowing who we are, really.
Xavier: If you were invited at a talkshow, and the host asks you to describe his most attractive qualities, wouldn't you be a little weirded out?
Malcolm: Hot Tush sketch, though.
Malcolm: I like them all, but Xavier forbids me to wank off to Mark.
what would you say your best qualities about yourselves are?
what are your hobbies?
*thinks to self* (how are you so sexy I MUST KNOW!)
Mark: My best quality is my dynamism, I think. I don't think it's physically possible for me to be exhausted. Otherwise, I'm really positive and I'll try anything once. My hobbies all revolve around the gym, really. And swimming. And partying!
Chance: My best qualities? I guess I'm pretty reasonable and cool-headed. I also have a really good memory, and I'm reliable. Like the other ones, a lot of my time is spent at the gym, and the rest of the time, I'm working on cars. I also do a little artwork, nothing much, just sketches of motives, nothing realistic.
Spazz: *stays silent for a few moments* I'm huh... determined? Yeah! And I'm fun to be around! I think. I need to better myself. v_v As for hobbies, I like mangas, clubs, videogames, slacking off online, that kind of stuff.
Xavier: I'm easy-going without being a slacker, and I'm pretty nice! I'm also pretty open to new experiences, which is hum... how I got into guys in the first place, after all. As for hobbies, I like music a lot, mostly rap, some pop and pop rock too. I'd like to learn how to mix eventually. I like movies, otherwise.
What is the point of life?
Is the world getting better or worse?
What will end all strife?
Is the mind a blessing or curse?
And finally,
How does eyeliner and hair dye help you cope with the answers to these questions?
Please respond in the form of a free-verse poem, containing at least one strained metaphor.
Ok how about this. You're stranded on a desert island and you can only bring 3 guys with you to bang for the rest of your life. Who do you bring and why? (free-verse poem optional)
Salem, how did your parents reacts to you coming out?
Thanks Stripes, this is a really cool chance to talk to characters!
As for the second question, I've never really thought about it, I take bands for what they are, flaws and all... But I do believe there are a lot of bands and performers that have a lot of talent, that's wasted to crank up lazy pop stuff. Nicki Minaj would be tolerable if her producers didn't try to Black-Eyed-Peas the shit out of her. Tegan and Sara's last album is a total pop sell-out, real disappointing. Even Justin Bieber is a talented musician, underneath all the layers of awful choices. I could probably keep on naming a bunch of artists whose talent deserve better treatment.
Salem: They don't know it yet! And I don't think I'll ever tell them. They'd be pretty pissed. That's why Jake and I moved away.
Stripes: Hey, you're welcome!
So, Floyd. Hi... If you ever felt like clubbing, what type of music would make you get a groove on? The cheesier tunes, or the real underground drive?
On an off-note. *Eyes the character list.*
You sure got a bundle of them up there. Color me impressed. =) I got enough myself trying keep track of the one I have...
Yeah, I got a shitload of characters. It's almost embarrassing.
On an off-note: For some reason, I felt like answering that answer. =)
Naw, not embarrassing, really. More in the lines of "Who can I talk to today? Cobbie, or Mark?"
Will make those long, winter nights go by just like that. Either that, or a trip to the nearest loonie bin for the most severe case of personality disorder this side of the millenium...
Sorry about that. I tend to go on and on =p
Have yourself a good one, Stripes =)
But it's not like you're asking me which one is my favorite, or which one is canonically more successful, both questions I could answer. :)
And the most canonically successful is definitely Stud Stripes. Successful business, hot boyfriend, stable life. :)
Ok that was a stupid pun, but thanks!
Tobias: I'd skip school for the first time of my life. Or I'd just say no. Yeah, that second one.
Spazz: I already did it. Twice.
now Spazz, will you ever be with someone permanently?
Only thing cats work out is the sass gland.
So coming from a rich family, I'm wondering: does that mean that any of you have any experience playing a musical instrument? If so, which ones?
Xavier: I don't play an instrument but I'm allright at spitting rhymes!
Mark: No you're not, you're terrible at it.
Xavier: Shut up.
But yeah.
Hm...
Question for Mark: how much do you like that ink on Chance?
Hm... Question for Lou, actually. So, Lou, you're a dancer, right? Have you ever dabbled in Baroque dance before?
Hm... Question for all the guys: if you could live in any time period and any culture that was not where you are now, where would you be?
I actually meant it as an honest question, LOL. Though I guess the connection is fair to make: if I were asked that question, I would reply "to the time of King Louis XIV". Sure, not the best time to be a commoner, but the life of the nobility at that time is absolutely fascinating.
But anyway, the question still stands, if your characters want to answer it.
Hm... What else to ask, what else to ask...
Cobbie, question for thou: So we know you'll definitely fuck twinks and really hot muscular dudes. Any love for guys in between the two extremes?
Honey, the way you hold Salem in your arms, the way you look at him, its so obvious you'll be together forever. Will we ever see you propose to him and ask Salem to marry you?
Matthias
Tobias and Jacob: you two are one of the cutest couples i've ever seen, let me tell you, what's the most important thing that keeps you together?
Kyle and John: so, is anyone of you engaged at the moment, or looking for someone special?
Jacob: I think it's mostly that we don't get in each other's hair. We have different hobbies, separate groups of friends, and we spend a good amount of time separated.
Tobias: Also, you can't live with me.
Jacob: That is also true.
Kyle: I'm actually dating Remington now. It's a semi-long distance relationship, since our cities are roughly an hour an a half apart, and it's an open relationship. We both prefer it that way.
John: Nopes, no boyfriend or girlfriend for me right now. I'm too busy babysitting Kyle.
I've heard plenty about how much the military disdains fraternization amongst members of the same unit.
Or at least that's what they pound into the heads of young devildogs. Maybe not so much soldiers...
What's you're take on that issue?
You are probably tired of this kind of question....but....what are your opinions on girls and boys (like what is your view on them, do you find one annoying and like the other?)?
And a more "serious" question for Stripes, are all your different version separate "entities"? Or are they all the same person? And if they were all to meet up, what would they do?
As for the second one, they're all separate entities, in different "dimensions", let's say. No pair of them could run into each other in a canonical storyline. Apart MAYBE from Normal Stripes and Nega Stripes, since Nega is technically just a representation of Normal's negative traits.
Speaking metaphorically, lets say Normal Stripes got replaced by another Stripes....How would they react?
Think about all this reminds me about a Star Trek episode where one of the characters is warping though different realities and versions of his life....ugh now I want to watch that episode)
For the first question I guess I'll ask Stripes, Lou, Chance, and Mark.
Sorry for asking too much XD. I didn't mean to cause you trouble.
Stripes: I like both. I got two older sisters that I get along with great, and once in a while, a woman will attract my attention and... yeah. As for boys, well, love them. Unless they're jerks. Which also goes for girls, I guess.
Lou: I work with a lot of girls, and I find them more easy-going than most guys, honestly. They usually got a better sense of humor. As for guys, well... Can't live with them, can't live without them, right?
Chance: I don't have a lot of female friends, mostly my mom and some girls I hang around with at Don's parlor. They're allright most of the time, though I've seen a few terribly shallow ones. As for guys, let's say I'm kind of a stern, serious guy, and guys who goof around too much, or are too girly get on my nerves.
Mark: I... kind of like everyone? Honestly, it's pretty rare I don't meet someone I don't get along with, unless they're really shy or stuck-up. Guy or girl, doesn't really make a difference.
Stripes: The different versions were born from me not wanting to stick Stripes in a single role. Having multiple versions offers more variety and more opportunities for storylines.
You got any other hobbies or interests outside of dancing and getting laid?
Not saying tagging buildings with graffiti late at night is boring.
Just wondering.
Otherwise, I really like playing poker, I snowboard, I play videogames, and I really like to travel. I tend to explore cities a lot when I'm on tour. Not really museums, but restaurants, open spaces, things like that.
As for the late-night tagging, that's mostly my even-twinkier counterpart's thing.
