spray it with two good sprays of raid and once more once it falls to the ground. Trust me it will die. Took down this massive wolf spider that was chilling in my room on the day I moved in. That bastard got it real good with the raid and then my dad kicked it out the door like a soccer ball.

I lost it when it fell from the web it was making across the entire walkway. but i kept spraying the spider before it went down.

oh yeah its dead. The chemical in raid will attack it's nervous system and kill it. So if you sprayed it its only a matter of time till it dies.

If you want a less toxic, more environmentally friendly way to kill bugs, mix dishwashing liquid with water in a spray bottle. It'll kill any insect or spider you spray it on.

wait in a web? Recluse do not make webs really o.O I've only seen then rumaging about like jumping spiders it could be a fiddle back whom eat said recluse :X

possibly. It's in the recluse genus by the look of its anatomy but not the brown specifically as I do deeper research~
