the way i did it was find a starting point, something you're good at and feels natural, then start building your skill through practice from there. for me it was weapons, only other thing i could draw was stick figures, but after a few months, i transferred the curves from a blade to the curves of a body, and started studying anatomy and practiced it daily. it took a few weeks of raw practice to see some improvement, usually it's over a long time, but drawing three bodies a day for a week straight helped see it easier. so pretty much, practice practice and more practice.

alright then, you could do what i did, google a bunch of references of the body type you like, and just draw them. go through close ups of individual muscle groups and gain an understanding of how they work together and are shaped, draw based on them, and do it daily, don't be discouraged something doesn't look right, you just keep trying.
