But now it's time to move on. Due to a number of circumstances (I'll not go into detail here), my time here in the coldest state is coming to a premature end. I'll be moving again at the end of the month, to somewhere with a climate I'm more familiar with (very hot and very dry). It's a little saddening, because I was just starting to get used to this place now that winter is over and the absolutely GORGEOUS summer is fast approaching

I'll be travelling by car this time, to help with loading and unloading, which means I get to go through Canada :D I need to start packing my stuff up again this week if I'm to get everything ready in time. I don't know exactly when I'll be packing up my computer and art stuff, but I do know that they will be the last things to go, and I'll put up another journal announcing the official start of the new hiatus. In the meantime, however, I'll try to upload a few of the things I've recently completed.


On the bright side, though, after the move I'll be close enough to Texas to finally make that trip down there to get the stuff out of storage, which means I'll finally have my scanner back
