I keep falling into those compromising traps where i skip a workout day, eat something i really want or decide not to listen to something i need to listen to audiobook wise.
There are things that would basically fix all my problems, not necessarily because they're magic, but because they are particular routines that are oveerall healthy for my body and mind and ignoring them keeps me idle and depressed and I have every capability to do this stuff at home, but simply cannot be assed.
This means my problems are no ones but my own!
I'm not blaming myself, i'm simply taking responsibility!
My reason for posting:
How do you motivate yourself to do the things you have to do, despite the difficulties in wanting to/ making the time to?
or
How do you sit through things you know can help, but seem so impossibly futile, that you end up daydreaming through most of it or waste it doing other things?
I'd really like to get my shit together. I believe I have potential, but I'm having a hard time unlocking it, yet the keys be in mah paws!1!!
