Anyone Know Of Artist Who Will Take Unusual TF2 Hat for pay?

I have an unusual Your Worst Nightmare for Sniper, Disco Beatdown effect. It's worth 7 Buds, and buds being $32 +/- approx. each in cash. Wondering if anyone maybe wants to work out an offer for it?
I really don't play Sniper and I really don't know what else I'd trade it for anyway. I kinda feel 50/50 on the safety of a paypal sale for it. I know there's a middleman system but eh, organising and signing up to forums and stuff etc and that's IF somebody will outright buy it.
